MEET OUR hosts
Lakshita singh
An engineering graduate with a corporate background, she made the bold decision to leave the corporate world and follow her passion for yoga. She pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Science at the University of Patanjali, Haridwar, under the mentorship of Yog Guru Swami Ramdev, gaining expertise in Strength Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation.
With over five years of experience, she has guided numerous students in building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Passionate about breaking stereotypes, she challenges the notion that yoga cannot replace gyms for strength training. Through her teachings, she demonstrates how yoga enhances endurance, conditioning, and overall fitness.

ABHISHEK SINGH
During the COVID lockdown, our instructor discovered his passion for fitness and embarked on a journey of self-transformation through yoga. Relying solely on yoga for strength building and body conditioning, he experienced its profound impact on both physical and mental well-being.
His dedication led him to earn an MA in Yoga Science from the University of Patanjali, Haridwar, under the guidance of Yog Guru Swami Ramdev. Specializing in Strength Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa, he developed a deep understanding of yoga’s ability to enhance strength, flexibility, and endurance.
With over five years of experience, he has helped others achieve balance, resilience, and fitness through yoga. Passionate about challenging conventional fitness beliefs, he is committed to promoting yoga as a powerful tool for strength training and overall well-being, proving that it is not just a practice but a transformative way of life.
