About the host
Lakshita, a certified yoga teacher and co-founder of The Yogashram, completed an intensive one-year training with Yog Guru Swami Ramdev in Haridwar. This experience deepened her understanding of asanas, pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy.
Holding an honors degree in Bachelor of Technology alongside a diploma in Yogic Sciences, she blends modern scientific insights with traditional wisdom to build both physical and mental resilience in her students. Motivated by her personal fitness journey, Lakshita developed Strength Yoga—a unique practice that combines Hatha Yoga principles with strength-building techniques such as dynamic movements, breathwork, and isometric holds. Her teaching encourages embracing yoga as a holistic lifestyle for nurturing mind, body, and spirit.
