This course introduces you to essential yoga techniques, helping you get comfortable with the basics while building a solid foundation for future growth. You'll improve flexibility, enhance stamina, and develop better body awareness, all while cultivating mindfulness and self-awareness.

  • Sessions: 20 live classes per month
